AGEAS asked Broadway Malyan to create an adaptable space with the flexibility to house the company both now and in the future, yet continuing to convey its solid philosophy, mission and values.
A new office that was compatible with the new work models, with a wide range of flexible and collaborative spaces located around a series of communal areas that encouraged and motivated interaction and a feeling of community.
The basis for the design approach for the new building of the Ageas headquarters was the principle that employees should be able to work anywhere.
A building in which no space had just one function, with no place for fixed and rigid spaces.
Throughout the building there is a variety of different private and semi-private areas, each adaptable to the changing requirements of the space, and each workspace is a room that can be moved to adapt to the circumstances.
The design of the meeting spaces includes the use of the innovative SKYFOLD Classic 60 STC and SKYFOLD Mirage glazed partition walls, which are adaptable for meetings and for informal work areas.
