Officially opened on 21 February 2012, the Iberdrola Tower is now the epicentre of the 'Manhattan' of Bilbao and the place where between 1,800 and 2,000 employees live and work together every day. With a net floor area of 50,000 m2, it receives around 6,000 visitors a month.
This giant obelisk, the triangular shape of which allows for the space to be used to a maximum, is in fact the tallest building in the city centre. It has a gross floor area of around 62,000 square metres, distributed over 41 completely open-plan floors.
One of these is completely multi-purpose and versatile thanks to the SKYFOLD Partition walls, which make it completely modular to cater to different sizes of top-level meeting rooms adapted for each use.
