The Hotel is part of the Anfa Place Living Resort, a ground-breaking tourist and leisure project on the promenade of Casablanca designed by architect Norman Foster.
The Four Seasons Casablanca, a luxury 186-room hotel, was an extremely challenging project. Movable partition walls were installed in the grand ballroom. The wall system was formed by a double movable partition wall with an intermediate air gap that provided the entire space with acoustic comfort in line with the maximum acoustic rating standards required by the hotel operator.
The level of finishes is in a class of its own, the movable partition walls being exquisitely and exclusively decorated with a combination of fabric and lacquered MDF.
Once the Four Seasons had opened in 2015, the luxury hotel became the benchmark in Morocco and was declared ‘Morocco's Leading Hotel’ at the 2016 World Travel Awards.
